Will has been employed with Keystone Group Holdings since 1997. Over the past nine years he has accepted elevated levels of responsibility, with his current role being Director of Corporate Development. In addition to Will’s nearly ten years of employment at Keystone Group Holdings, he also spent two years working as a staff accountant at Prime Succession from 1995 through 1997. Will holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Tampa.

Chris Thomley was introduced to the funeral industry during a Keystone audit while employed with Ernst & Young in 1998. Eventually, Chris joined Keystone in 2000 as the Corporate Controller and was promoted to Chief Accounting Officer in 2005. Chris is currently licensed as a CPA in Florida and holds both his Bachelors and Master's degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida.

Gary Baker is Regional Vice President for the Keystone Group’s Western Region. Prior to joining the Keystone Group, he was Senior Vice-President of Mortuary and Cemetery Operation for Rose Hills Memorial Park and Mortuary in Whittier, CA. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola-Marymount University and is a graduate of the California College of Mortuary Science. Gary has been a licensed embalmer and funeral director for over 38 years.

Bob Hundley joined the Keystone Group in January 2000, after completing four years in the United States Marine Corp. While pursuing his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Bob utilized the computer systems skills he acquired in the service to assist in building Keystone’s growing computer infrastructure. After graduating from American InterContinental University with a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Bob was elevated to the role of Keystone’s Information Technology Director.

Ashley Dregne, Director of Talent Development, joined the Keystone Group in 1999, and possesses over 18 years of experience in sales and business administration. Ashley began her Keystone career after graduating from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences. Ashley’s primary role with the company is to encourage and promote the professional development of all Keystone associates through appropriate mentoring and training programs. In addition, Keystone is committed to attracting and retaining the highest skilled professionals who genuinely embrace the core values and vision of the company.

Jim joined Keystone in 1997 as Vice President of Compliance and Operations Support. His entire career has been focused on all aspects of the funeral industry and related businesses. Jim served as President of Kerley & Starks Funeral Homes, from 1988-1993. After the family business was sold Jim worked for Prime Succession as Director of Compliance from 1993-1996. A graduate of the University of Wyoming, Jim is a licensed funeral director in Michigan and Indiana.

Dan joined the Keystone Group in 2004. He began his Keystone career as the Regional Sales Director for the Midwest. In November, 2005 Dan accepted the position of Vice President of Advance Planning and relocated his wife, two children, and five dogs to Tampa, FL. Prior to joining Keystone, Dan worked with several large independent firms, Forethought Life Insurance and the Loewen Group. Dan holds an Associates Degree in Management.

Keystone's General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer helped form Keystone Group Holdings in 1996, and is officially "Employee #3". Prior to becoming Keystone's General Counsel, Brent practiced law in Los Angeles from 1993 through 1996. He also served as co-counsel to another deathcare company, Prime Succession, in 1993. Brent grew up in and around funeral homes, and his first jobs included funeral directing, as well as grave digging. Brent earned his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, and has passed the bar in Florida, Illinois and California.

Keystone's Mark Burley is a native of Washington State. He attended Seattle Pacific University and is a graduate of the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science where he was the recipient of the Mu Sigma Alpha award. Mark began his apprenticeship at Bartleson Funeral Chapel in Oak Harbor, WA in 1973. He and his wife, Merrie, purchased the funeral home in 1984 and subsequently changed its name to Burley Funeral Chapel. They sold their funeral home in 1999 and continued to manage it for the next several years. He and his wife have had the opportunity to teach and share at numerous events and funeral locations across the United States. Currently Mark and Merrie are active in professional development with the Keystone Group. Throughout the years Mark has also been active with his community, serving as a Council Member for the City of Oak Harbor, Past President of the Oak Harbor Rotary Club and is a Paul Harris Fellow, served on the board of his church, and was a founding board member for the Widowed Information and Consultation Service of Whidbey Island (WICS).
